Description: Vintage 1960s ~ Hallmark Plans-A-Party Birthday Party 3-D Honeycomb Centerpiece Decoration. When I was a little girl, I wanted every birthday to have this ballerina as a theme. I had the plates, the napkins, the invitations, the works! This wasn’t my actual ballerina, I found this one in a Chicago estate. The package measures 9 1/2 by 14 inches, the ballerina stands 14 1/2 inches high. Good vintage condition, see photos. The packaging is open on both ends and is worn and has rips. The metal clip that attaches the tutu is separate, where I think it was originally attached. You will see the clip in the photos and it will of course be included.
