Description: Mid- to late-1800's cast iron Griswold Popover Pan, marked No 18 on the handle, and 6141 on the underside. This pan has been in our family for decades; Mom made popovers in it, in her B&B. No rust or damage. Sits flat. Re-seasoned with crisco, in two 2-hour 350-degree sessions, to make sure it's ready to use. Because cast iron is brittle (and will shatter if dropped), we pack aggressively to assure it arrives in its current excellent condition. Shipped at no additional cost to US lower 48. Due to the increase in porch piracy, we require adult signature at delivery.
