It is titled "Silver Lace & Rhinestones 1922." The model number embossed on the bottom is 16 309 21. It features a lady in a blue / grey flapper dress and holding a mirror. This figure measures approximately 8" in height and is in excellent condition. I do not have the box for this figure. This is from my father's collection of Goebel Fashion Ladies.
