They are in fair-good working condition with wear, patina, light rust and could use some cleaning/maintenance. The blade has one tiny nick near the base. The cutters are well made, heavy duty and just need some restoration or use as is. No spring and they weigh approx 12.6 ounces. See photos for overall condition, size and description.
