Description: I am not sure who built this violin, I see no markings inside . I am not an expert but looks like a very handsome instrument with herringbone trim on the back and fancy pearl inlays on the tailpiece. In the guitar world these are great signs of a nice instrument. There may be a tiny hairline on the top edge along side the bass side of the fingerboard only about an inch and a half long and very tight. Instrument is very solid. May need new strings or setup I am not sure I am not a player. comes from an estate the way we received it and sold this way. Any servicing or setup to be done by its new owner. comes with vintage case showing age and wear. No bow. Pictures are part of the description and there is many of them.
