Signed in pencil bottom edge center with the name LUIGI KASIMIR, (1881-1962), it features a wonderful, detailed view of PURGSTALL, AUSTRIA. Professionally framed in a lovely muted gold wood frame with double matte in similar shades of cream. Back at one time bore the framer's label - it was framed at UNIVERSITY ART in Palo Alto, California and dates to the mid-1960s. Condition is excellent with no damage of any kind - etching is crisp, frame is tight, tints are warm and soft, and image is beautifully detailed - wonderful addition to any home, collection or display.
