Description: Here is a shiny metal tray with classic style. I believe it is aluminum. It is an oval of approximately 19" x 14.25" with an interesting scalloped edge and an overall textured design of flowers and leaves. There is some wear from age/use and small areas of discoloration or tarnish, but I have not tried polishing it. The back says "Forman Family Inc." with a "4Man" logo. Forman Family was founded by Sol Forman and his siblings around 1920 in Brooklyn, NYC. Sol would entertain customers of the business at Peter Luger Steak House which was across the street. He liked the restaurant so much that he wound up buying it in 1950! He closed the metalware business in the early 1980's.
