Description: A very well made pair of vintage forged hi carbon steel knives. Set includes the chopping/butchers knife with a 7" blade and a chefs knife with a 9.5" blade. Both are sharp enough I cut my finger while oiling the blades. These are not stainless steel so you will need to keep them oiled between use to prevent rust. Nice straight blades that will last a lifetime if cared for. The wood handles have some wear and could use a good oil themselves bit I will let you decide how you want to treat the handles.
