The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent. If it was sent with tags, it must be returned with tags. If it is in original packaging, it must not be opened. You are responsible for the price of the return shipping. PLEASE ask any questions you may have about the size or fit of a garment. I always take pictures of the tags and include them if available. I measure what most areas of contention are for different sizes, but if you have further questions please ask as each garment may fit you differently. If the return is due to my error, I will pay for return shipping, however if it is due to a change of mind or a garment not fitting (if the descriptions are correct) then the refund will ONLY be for the item and not for any of the shipping to or from. Claims: For glass or fragile items if the item is damaged in transit, I ask that you please keep all packing material and boxes and take as many pictures as possible for the claim with USPS/FedEx/UPS. I will refund you ASAP, but will need you to retain the damage until I can get the claim filed and approved. Payment: I ask that you please pay within 48 hours of your winning bid. If not, an unpaid case will be opened automatically by eBay. Shipping: I try to ship as soon as invoice is paid depending on time of day. I do have pickup from my home, so as long as the mail hasn't come, I can usually do same day or at the very least next day. I live in Michigan where the weather is unpredictable on the best of days, so I do have a 3 day shipping period in case a pickup gets missed or the weather is inclement. This ensures that almost every package that is paid for is shipped within 48 hours of payment (minus weekends). I can and will ship on other days if needed sooner, but this needs to be addressed before final payment as the shipping price may change if it's requested for a rush ship. Once I ship, I cannot guarantee the shipping date as it's up to USPS at that point. Shipping prices may increase if you are located in Alaska or Hawaii. If you are international please be aware of what your shipping charges are internationally-I do not have those included in my pricing. Multiple orders: If you should find more than one item you'd like to purchase from me, WONDERFUL!
