Description: Federal Signal Corporation fire engine siren. This has a declutching spinner and the clutch goes in and out when the solenoid is activated. The motor spins but it's stiff which leads me to believe the front bearing on the motor is compromised. It's not stuck but it feels like a crappy bearing. This came off of a decommissioned fire engine and is cosmetically very good with a little chrome loss on the bell where it stuck through the body of the truck. Sold as is with no returns.
