Purse is faux leather with red, white, and blue panels. It is cylinder shape. Two handles attached with metal rings- zipper closure. Purse measures 6 1/2" x 5". Measures 10 1/2" with handles. In good condition for age and use. No rips or tears. Handles are in intact. Zipper is intact and working. Purse shows minimal wear. One small mark on side. One handle shows slight wear on side.
