Model: 5155WB (With Battery) Original everything: Flashlight lantern, 6 volt Union Carbide metal battery, 2 Phenolic black battery screw caps, Point of sale packaging box, Interior cardboard shipping baffles, Original mirrored lense, Main bulb AND Hidden spair bulb. Not tested because no charge in battery. Has battery screw caps, switch clicks, everything in nice physical condition. An OHM Meter check shows bulb filament and switch are both good. With original box which has some tears, and the point of sale consumer sales advertising of that era - Camping tent scene. Note: The flashlight box has BOTH the Eveready and Union Carbide industrial logos on the same panel. This is the nicest lantern flashlight I have seen, almost Art Deco appearance. Would look good as a display piece or as a conversation piece in a man cave.
