Description: Classically styled with varying cross grain and a decently sized bowl, this is a well crafted billiard from Comoy’s. About 6” long, bowl is 3/4” tall, 1 1/4” wide. ID 3/4”, depth 1 1/2”. Marked on one side of shank COMOY’S/ TRADITION, other side faintly MADE IN LONDON in circular fashion over ENGLAND then to the right 97. No other marks detected. Bit Is well-seated push fit, no filter, clean and polished, showing oxidation and a hint of chatter. Stummel is milk chocolate colored, cross grain, some handling wear, clean rim with some darkening, lightly caked bowl. Fine old briar—old briar is the best briar!
