Description: This vacuum turns on but the suction seems weak. It makes kind of a gravel noise as well when it’s running. Otherwise seems to be fully functional. Obvious rust and wear to it as shown in photos. Hose has a gash in it but I don’t think it’s all the way through the material. See photos. I will package well and ship right away. Thank you!
