These Japanese-made guitars were state of the art in their time, featuring two Super Magnaflux open Humbuckers . The rosewood fretboard has dot inlays. It is in excellent condition with no major cosmetic flaws and it plays beautifully. This one has a headstock logo I haven’t seen before. This one comes in a nice gig bag. It weighs in at 7.1 pounds. Electra guitars were imported from Japan by Saint Louis Music (SLM) of Saint Louis, Missouri from 1971 to 1984 (most MPC models were made by Matsumoku of Matsumoku, Japan) . Matsumoku has made many popular guitar brands over the years including; Aria, Westbury, Westone, Epiphone, Vantage & Vox to name but a few.
