Description: Nice vintage lidded jar by Dorval Italy. 24k gold plated, with faux tortoise shell lid. From the 70s, it is in the modernist style. Etched underneath is maker name and designer signature. I believe it is "Oleg Cassini". It was advertised as a cheese jar, but I feel it can be used as a vanity jar. Petite in size, it measures about 3" in diameter and 2" tall. In very nice vintage condition, with no chips and minimal surface wear.
