No holes but does have some light staining on back and some piling. I've not tried stain remover or tried washing w a little bleach in the wash, but might if it doesn't sell 'as is'. It's such a 'busy pattern' that the stains aren't that noticeable to me. Let me know if you don't see them, right side back. Inside fleece area is clean, no hairs or 'fuzz balls' like some used fleece is. Measures under arms across 22.5", top to bottom 25", under sleeve length 19".
