Vintage Cronin China Co 22 kt Gold Edge Pattern CO13-Bird Bird House Flower Bowl

Description: Cronin was in operation in Minerva, Ohio, from 1934 - 1956. The company made semi-porcelain dinnerware until 1956, when it was converted to the manufacture of ceramic floor tile. Numerous online searches did not find any name for this delightful pattern from Cronin except for the factory identifier of CO13. None of that changes the delightful little scene on the bowl of a colorful bird, birdhouse, and delicate pink, yellow, and blue flowers. The lovely gold trim on the rim only serves to add to the charm of this vintage piece of Americana. The soup, salad, fruit bowl measures 7 1/2" across. It is in good condition with two no-see "flea bites" on the back but no cracks.
