If you have any questions about the pattern please contact me. UK orders - The pattern is printed in A4 format on heavy weight paper with colour photos and charts where applicable. It will be posted in a plastic sleeve and board backed envelope to protect it. Outside UK - The pattern will be sent as a PDF attachment by email, there is no postage charge. UK orders - The pattern will be sent via royal mail 2nd class to keep costs down, and I get proof of postage. Other than weekends I can usually post your pattern within 24 hours. Whilst I make every effort to ensure the patterns are protected well for transit, should there be any issues with the pattern, please contact me to allow me to resolve them before leaving feedback.Postage and packaging costs quoted are for mainland UK via Royal Mail. Certain areas of Scotland and Ireland may unfortunately incur additional postage charges.
