Vintage Craftsman Industrial 1/3 hp Ball Bearing Bench Grinder 6" Model No. 397.19580 ... Made in USA The following are my observations and comments, but please reference the pictures and ask questions to make your own assessment. This industrial Craftsman bench grinder runs smooth, and is in good functional condition. It has been cleaned, inspected, and the surfaces have been oiled. Please note the following:1) The grinding wheel stones need to be dressed. 2) The right hand lower end cover self tapping screw would not tighten, so it was replaced with a stainless steel pan head Phillips machine screw. 3) The marks EA on the top back left side of the grinder housing. 4) The power cord grommet is missing, and a section of vinyl tubing is provided to protect the cord where it passes through the housing, and a couple of cable clamps are also included if desired to clamp both sides of the power cord to prevent it from being pushed or pulled through the housing. A section of vinyl tubing is also provided to protect the wing nuts and bolt thread, when tightening sufficiently for safety, with pliers and/or an adjustable wrench. 5) The rubber feet are missing, and no mounting fasteners are included.
