Description: This vintage ceramic chicken figurine set features a cockerel rooster and hen handpainted in a beautifully bright white color with realistic red, yellow, and black details on their faces and necks. The artist initials and date "MKW -66" are etched into the bottom of each figurine. These are fairly large figurines with the rooster measuring 8" tall x 6" wide and the hen measuring just under 7" tall and 5" wide. They are in remarkable pre-owned condition considering their age of nearly 60 years. No chips or damage, very bright and clean.
