Description: *Works. Currently set as non-blinking. I am including one blue color bulb and one light bulb that changes it to a blinking topper (the bulb with the red tip.) All bulbs tested and work great! Topper measures approx. 8" Across. *It is missing the fitter cone for the Christmas tree. Previous owner just used the attached twisty wire to attach it to the Christmas tree. Topper is in PRE-OWNED, WORKING condition. Has finish wear and some tinsel loss.
