It came from the home of a woman that was a seamstress from 1920-1950 ~ this set was found in her fabrics. I would have dated them to around the 1940's ~ they appear to have been unused!~ difficult to date , but that's my estimation! The selvages are intact ~ The front fabric is chintz, glazed cotton with a fabulous floral pattern and pattered ground! ( I found a set , if you require more panels, simply search my store for the word " darling' and the others will appear ! ~ ~ This curtain is backed in white cotton. Pleated at the top. Can be used as a curtain or lovely too deconstructed and made into pillows etc! A light and bright textile! ~ The ground tone is cream and the other colors are purples, pinks greens , blue and the small ground pattern is a gray blue ~ MEASUREMENTS : This panel measures approximately 90 inches long, and 37 inches wide at the bottom by 19 inches wide at the top CONDITION : I purchased this curtain from a woman that said when she found them they were very musty so she hand washed them.
