Description: Vintage Chinese Porcelain Famille Rose Mandarin Creamer Pitcher - A637Chinese porcelain pottery tea, creamer or small milk pitcher. Beautifully handpainted.Age unknown. We purchased from an auction the end of the 1990's. It was unbelievably dirty, wrapped in old paper and so we just packed it away. Recently it resurfaced and we cleaned it up. It is very pretty. We do not believe it to be an 1800's piece with the backstamp shown, however it being so very dirty it is a stumper when it comes to age.It is the Famille Rose, Rose Mandarin or Bird and Family patternExcellent condition, hand painted, no chips, cracks or repairs.The whole piece is hand painted/enameled with exotic and colorful birds, butterflies and flowers.
