Description: Vintage Carborundum sharpening stone #140. Made in U.S.A., unknown copyright date. Measures approx. 4" side edge to edge, 1 1/2" front to back 1" top to bottom edges. In good condition for age no cracks or chips. There are a few imperfections that include light scratches and scuffs rubbing on one edge and a few spots and smudges. Box is damages center of side edge has a split, corners are also split, discoloration lettering on top and bottom is hard to read in places, there are spots and stains, dirt grease smudges both inside and out.Even though box is damaged stone is in great condition for age.
