Inside the side panel, the label states 'Stevens Fabrics.... Curilette Originals... San Francisco'.Double breasted buttons, the 4 (with 1 missing) on the right side are faux, the 5 on the left are working and originals. Snaps at front. Makes a crew neck with mock turtleneck look. Well,.... The moths had fun with this. It has holes. Several moth holes. One repair job sew hole by neck. One tear at back of collar. One button missing. Poor thing.
