Description: Rare Charlotte Read for Burleigh Ware - Florentine pattern -- Octagon Bowl -- England c. 1930 From my own collection and has been stored for many years and was originally acquired in England. Bowl measures 10 inches wide. Beautiful luster finish, Florentine Pattern which uses Tubing method Excellent condition - looks to be barely used, if ever used at all. PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS AND EXAMINE CAREFULLY I see only one small imperfection, a very small dark pinpoint dot on the side of the bowl -- considered hand painted pottery so any imperfections are due to the hand painting and not damage. (See photos of the front view of bowl -- notice a small dark dot is on the left side of bowl -- sorry no close up as didn't notice it at the time.)
