Description: This auction is for a VINTAGE BUFFALO EVENING NEWS ADVERTISING INK BLOTTER. It was found in a domed trunk in an upstate NY farmhouse. Everything in the trunk dated from the early 1900's - mid 1920's, so we assume this blotter is CIRCA 1920'S. This is a large blotter measuring 9" x 4". It is in very good condition, with minor wear, minor surface writing markings, and a moderate amount of backside ink blotter transfer >> see pics. A very nice quality blotter for your collection.
