Description: Italian Arrezo chain necklace by Treemme. Designed by Italian designer Enzo Dall’Avo, who founded Treemme in Arrezo Italy in 1982. The necklace features a custom clasp flip design. My mother wore the clasp in front and hung pendants through the round link (see photos). Please note that the pendants are NOT part of this sale.
