Description: Beswick England large 11 1/2" tall figurine of a seated Old English Sheepdog from the Fireside Models series. This is model 2232 by artist Albert Hallam. It is marked Beswick England under the base. The Beswick model was retired in 1989 and Royal Doulton went on to produce this model, subsequently using the RD trademark. This is a beautiful figurine and a must have for the OES collector. No chips, cracks, repairs or restorations.
