Description: Vintage Bell Toptex Star II Helmet Snell 1975 Size 7 1/4 Good vintage condition, but will need restoration. Foam is rotten or gone from the inside cloth lining. The rest of the helmet is intact. Chin strap has discoloration and rust to D rings. Lots of paint chips and scuffs. Doesn't appear to have had any serious impacts, though. Labels are intact.
