Description: This is a beautiful set of Vintage (circa 1950's) Cuff links and matching tie clip. They are in a silver and gold medallions with the Aztec/Mayan Calendars with a Greek key boarder. The black portions might be black enamel but they look like black onyx to me. The backs of the disks are signed. I have found a few pairs that say 925 sterling on the back and Alpaca on the stems so I believe these are sterling. The marks hard to read on these as you can see. I can make out Mexico and a Hallmark that looks like the Hallmark for Plata Villa, (Mexico city) which worked almost exclusively with Sterling and gold. They mostly made Sterling tea sets/bowls and larger pieces. The cuff links are 3/4" across the tie clip is 1 1/2" long. A beautiful vintage set.
