The lamp is multi-directional (goes up and down and rotates from side to side) it has been rewired with twisted cloth cord and with a halogen bulb and dimmer switch. The base is solid and heavy and has three small plastic feet. Wonderful, rare piece. 1970’s adjustable polish chrome floor lamp design by Casella. Can be rotated 360* and can be lower down to 39.25”or extend up to 54.25” high. It has a full range dimmer built in the shade.
