The front and back covers are loose for this one, however, the inside is clean and it has some beautiful photos!! Vintage items that may show typical signs of wear for age and material. I have personally owned these for over 25 years and they have been stored in a glass/wood case and not handled. Dry AZ weather, AC, and low light have helped preserve them nicely.
