Description: Vintage Antique Indian Rhada Goddess, Bronze Figurine, Statue, Hindu Deity India A lovely old cast bronze statuette of Rhada, represented standing on a raised circular base. She is well modelled and the casting is good with fine detailing. It’s an old piece, probably early or mid 20th Century. With a nice patina from age and use. In the Sanskrit book Bhagavata Purana, Rhada is one of the gopis, a childhood friend and lover of Krishna, and she is often shown together with him in sacred artwork. A really lovely vintage Hindu piece. Condition - Very good condition with wear from age and use - no chips, cracks or issues. Sold uncleaned, unpolished.
