Vintage Anri Italian Child Musicians Music Box Santa Lucia

Description: This listing is for an adorable music box by Anri. Made in Italy, it features little Italian children playing their instruments. The only issue I see is the placement of the lantern between the two lamp posts as the girl tends to bump it as she goes around. It is handpainted and hand carved wood and toriart. It measures about 9.25" tall by 7.25" in diameter at the widest point. The box operates via a winding stem on the side as well as a pull out off/on knob. The girl rotates as the music plays. The Thorens musical movement plays "Santa Lucia". The bottom features the Anri mark, as well as the Thorens musical label. Except as described above, it is in very nice condition and I can see no chips or cracks. Please see all photos. This could be a wonderful addition to any collection.
