Description: This is probably a bread basket, but would be a nice centerpiece for nuts, fruit, leaves, pine cones. It is birch bark and the edges are some kind of cane. It is Woodlands, from Alaska or Canada and Is 14" x 10" without the handles. 2.25" tall. The bottom, underside, is cracked and the top side is bunched up. Needs moisture to maybe get it back down. The sides are bound around some twigs cut lengthwise. Really a pretty thing. Probably mid century.
