It's simply tagged a size small, and not a youth small, not a small 6-8 or anything suggesting it's a youth tee, the measurements seem a tad snug for an adult small, but also kind of seems waaaaay bigger than a youth small too. So I'm thinking this is just a shrunken over time adult small? For comparison, other ones I've seen actually tagged youth XL seem to measure more like this one, and this one again simly says "small", so I'm assuming adult. See measurements, fits an adult women's XS to S, for an adult male a really snug XS. For reference, the mannequin is an adult women's size medium body, if that helps. It has some flaws, some tiny spotty little speck marks as well as some other very minor surface wear, but take a look for yourself overall the graphic print is still really strong and bold.
