This piece is unmarked so i do not know its maker. I believe it is 1990s’ but i cannot be positive; i have not been able to find an exact match or any information on it. It is in good pre owned vintage condition but it does have a little wear. There is a frayed piece on one end (see photos). There are some faint surface scratches on the sun.
