Description: Vintage 9" Nogent, Carving Knife With Wood Handle. Knife has no makers mark, that I can see. Blade is hi-carbon steel. Blade is 9", overall length is 13.75". Blade has scratches, marks, and stains, from normal use. Blade is pretty worn. Blade is very sharp. Knife is 1 pin in the back of handle, full tang, hardwood handle. Where the pin is the wood has a few cracks, pictures will show. Hardwood handle, has scratches, and some marks, both are minimal from normal use. This old knife must have been a favorite, as worn down as the blade is. Knife is tight, no loose Parts. I sure wish I knew who made this. Knife is in decent used condition. Good Luck, Neat Old Piece.
