Description: Vintage 1980s Liz Roberts Colorful Secretary Dress. This navy short-sleeve shirtwaist dress has a bright dot print, shoulder pads, elastic waistband, blouson-style top, fitted hip panel (photos 6 & 10), and pleated skirt. Machine washable! There are belt loops, but no belt is included. In addition to the buttons on the top, there is an inside snap and hook closure at the front waist. Please note that the loop is made of thread (photo 15). In excellent vintage condition; the only thing I wanted to point out is that on the inside, the dress looks like it was hemmed at some point. On the outside, you can see the navy thread used to hem it in some of the dots (last photo). I wanted to point this out because those are not stains, just thread! Marked size 10; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Large. Please compare the measurements to an item that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
