Description: This is a nice 80s blouse in a 1940s style. Navy blue rayon/acetate blend with gold tone star buttons. Has shoulder pads, but they could be removed easily if you desire. Tagged 2x and material has quite a bit of stretch. Care tag says dry clean only, but I was able to hand wash and air dry without any problems.
