Description: Vintage 70s Red White Polyester Shirtwaist Dress Flouncy Skirt B38 Kiva Ltd. Vintage 70s 80s era red and white polyester dress buttons down the front bodice with square clear buttons. The skirt is full and there is a matching tie. (I used a crinoline (not included) to photograph the fullness of the skirt) The neckline has a ruffle and the long sleeves have cuffs with square buttons and a ruffle. The waist is elasticized with plenty of stretch. The full skirt is finely pleated which gives the hemline a flounce effect. A label inside reads, "Kiva Ltd."
