It is NOS - New Old Stock, never used but may have some shelf wear like sticky residue/glue on it (edges,etc), a slight curl to it from sitting so long in a pile, or a slight imperfection. This sticker (several available) has been in our warehouse/stock for over 20 years and was vintage when we bought them. It says “HONDA” and measures about 8-5/8” long x 1-1/2” tall. SOLD AS IS.
