Description: Vintage 70s CAREFREE FASHIONS Rare NWT(!) OS Pink Tiered Broomstick Skirt w/Sash It is VERY rare to find one of these skirts in good condition, let alone still with original tags! The skirt is midi length (or maxi on a shorter person) and is considered one size fits most. I personally never trust that, so pay close attention to the measurements. The waist is elastic and stretches comfortably from 12" (24" waist) to 20" (40" waist). It could probably stretch a bit more than that, but I don'k know how comfortable that would be. Also, since it comes with a sash, you could conceivably use that to tighten it if your waist is smaller than 24". The sash is not attached, so you can use it as a belt, use it as a hair or neck tie to coordinate an outfit, or just leave it off all together.
