Good used condition. Has belt loops for a belt but there is no belt present. Tops of shoulders are worn. I don't know how it happened as it is a strange place for fading. Some loose strings. Tag is not legible and I do not see a brand tag. Waist approx 36" Zips up the back. Cute little sleeves with frilly edges. Although it was freshly laundered, stray pet hair or my hair might be present. Also, it is now shoved into a bag w new wrinkles, awaiting your love. Photos are of the actual item. As is.
