It measures about 8" long and is in wonderful condition, These Morten studio dogs are heavy. They are made with a metal and wire frame over which is pressed and shaped plaster and ceramic mixed medium . They are then painted and glazed. Morten Studio was only around for about 20 years and had their heyday in the 30's and 40's. This Black Cocker Spaniel would be an interesting and special piece in any collection.
