Some surface rust to the bell knocker ( see images) Some surface oxidation spots to the inside of bell. Bell has a nice high ring. Item won second place at Erie County Fair Antique show 1978 Hamburg, NY. Bell hanger is solid not loose, no wobble or movement. Comes with second ribbon. My parents entered it in the Antique show.
