Description: Vintage all original 1930's/1940's Lionel standard gauge train signal number 79. The 11 3/4" tall wired flashing pre-war pre war "Railroad Crossing" signal is marked on the bottom "No. 79, Made By The Lionel Corporation, Pat. Pend, New York". The cream color metal and cast iron signal has not been tested. It has three untested red light bulbs. I am not sure if the one in the bottom is a backup or actually lights up there. The signal is in good to very good complete untested condition with use and storage wear. It shows paint wear and loss with dings, nicks, etc. The signal is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $10.00 USPS postage.
