Description: Vintage 20s Lace Dress Gown Pink Rose Paris Couture Gatsby Downton Deco Overlay This fabulous antique/vintage lace overlay dress is truly an amazing find. Worn over a silk chemise slip reflects the roaring 20s and Gatsby/Downton style. The cream crochet lace overlay features short sleeves and a round neckline (both edged in delicate pink ribbon woven in the lace. It slightly tapers at the waist with the pink/rose silk ribbon ties and falls straight down from the hips. The pink silk inset in the lower half is a high low style with lace edging. Very high quality made (Paris Couture?) no tags but an amazingly beautiful and delicate garment. Although it is almost 100 years old it still has a classic never out of style cut and would be perfect for a wedding or rehearsal dress for your vintage style wedding. It would also be the hit of any Downton/Gatsby themed party.
